How to Order

1. Contact us
You can call, email or use the contact form on our website to place your order or get a quote. Give us some details about your embroidery needs - including what type and quantity of garment, as well as your anticipated date of completion. We will get back to you with an estimate of how much your job will cost and turn around time. |
2. Send us your files
If you have artwork, you can send it to us via email. We will need to convert the file into a format that can be read by our machines. From there we begin fulfilling your order. If you need artwork, we can recommend some local solutions for design. |
3. Arrange pick-up
For the time being we don't allow for walk-in business so we will give you a date and time that works for you to gather your finished product. We can even arrange to deliver the items to you. |
4. Payment
When your job is complete you can chose one of the following methods of payment:
